About the Venue: Fira Barcelona Gran Via
One of Europe’s Largest Exhibition Centres
The Fira Barcelona Gran Via is one of the largest and most modern exhibition and conference venues in Europe. Located between Barcelona and L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, the venue was designed by the renowned Japanese architect Toyo Ito. It is known for its contemporary architecture, innovative layout, and sustainable design, making it a preferred destination for international trade fairs and congresses.
Extensive Exhibition Space
The venue offers approximately 240,000 square metres of gross exhibition space, distributed across eight spacious exhibition halls. These halls are connected by a central walkway that allows visitors and exhibitors to move easily between different sections of the venue. This layout supports the organization of large-scale international events and exhibitions. Some of the most attended include: Mobile World Congress, Alimentaria Barcelona, Seafood Expo Global, VitaFoods, FESPA, Barcelona Wine Week, ISE, and LOUPE Europe (Formerly Labelexpo)
Modern Conference and Event Facilities
In addition to its exhibition halls, Fira Barcelona Gran Via features a large convention centre located in Hall 8. The space can host conferences, presentations, and corporate events with capacities ranging from 3,000 to 12,000 attendees. The venue also provides numerous meeting rooms, restaurants, service areas, and modern logistics infrastructure to support exhibitors and visitors.
